Please note that you can order your multilayer boards with the Top Tec standard layer stackup or with a custom layer stackup!
At Top Tec PCB, the PCB manufacturer of your choice, most multilayer boards are composed of between one and twentyeight conductive layers separated and supported by layers of insulating material laminated together. The layers may be connected together through drilled holes called vias (here at Top Tec PCB also microvias with a diameter down to 100µm). Either the holes are electroplated or small rivets are inserted. High-density PCBs may have blind vias, which are visible only on one surface, or buried vias, which are visible on neither.
