For ordering a PCB panel with PROTO-POOL Service, please mind the following details:
- You can order a maximum of 10 printed circuit boards per panel
- Realisation is always milled with bridges to break-out (no scoring in Proto-Pool).
- Milling tool diameter is always: 2.4mm
- Please check the panel design with your assembly partner.
- Defective PCBs are marked and not removed from the panel.
- The minimum spacing between tracks and copper to the milling edge is: 200µm!
- Bridges are defined bei Top Tec PCB. If customer defines bridges >> attend to a minimum width of 1-1.5mm
- Simple panel:
Equal PCBs in panel (PCB spacing: 2.4mm)
- Mixed panel:
Different PCBs in panel (PCB spacing: 10mm)
